Buyers may request to cancel purchases at any time before shipment. Such requests would be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once shipped, purchases will be subject to return process rather than cancellation process. Buyers may request for return of purchased items at any time within 7 days from the delivery of items on a case-by-case basis. With respect to return-related matters, relevant laws and regulations shall prevail over the terms and conditions suggested by EEZEE. Notice must be given to us of any goods not received within 10 days from the date of despatch.
Any Shortage or damage must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
Complaints can only be accepted if made in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.
No goods may be returned without prior authorisation from the company.

For overseas purchases, return attributable to the buyer may not be practically possible due to high return costs. We or sellers take no responsibility and assume no liability for such cases. Prices charged for Overseas Invoices are on Delivered-at-place (DAP) Shipping Terms, Local Taxes and Fees will be borne by the buyer.
Upon completion of the cancellation or the return process, EEZEE will immediately refund credits into the user’s account in the form of EEZEE credits. Buyers may at any time request to withdraw the refunded credits from the account of the buyer and the request amount shall be remitted to the buyer's account based on their original mode of payment as per the transaction within 10 business days.
