LOCTITE LB 8700 is a grey, smooth thread lubricant paste formulated from molybdenum disulphide and petrolatum. Can be used on machine threads, tapered pipe threads, for press-fit and slip-fit joints. It is used in applications with an operating range of -20.2°F to +748.4°F (-29°C to +398°C). It has been tested to meet Military Specification MIL-PRF-83483 (This is a regional approval).
