AM COAT Antimicrobial Self-Disinfecting Coating 90 Days (5 Litre)

This is a refill tub ready-to-use antimicrobial self-disinfecting coating, it bonds onto the surface semi-permanently when applied. Its positive charged molecular chain neutralizes the bacteria and germs, physically rupturing their cell membrane, thus eliminating and inactivating their ability to reinfect when these pathogens are drawn to its tip, 24/7 and up to 90 Days.

AM COAT 90 Days complements the traditional cleaning and disinfecting routine to continue its 24/7 protection against bacteria, fungi, mould, and virus cross-contamination; and it also eliminates odour.

Apply AM COAT 90 Days onto the high touch point surface such as tables, chairs, door knobs and handles, telephones and mobile gadgets, etc., for self-disinfecting 24/7, preventing pathogenic microorganism contamination to cross infecting a healthy person.

AM COAT Formulated for Airconditioner and Filter (30 days) is an antimicrobial self-disinfecting coating with efficacy 24/7 and up to 30 Days. Manufactured locally by CLP International, it is a ready-to-use self-disinfecting coating for the air conditioner exterior, ie., the faceplate, louvre, and washable dust filter (No extra filter needed). When the AM COAT for Airconditioner and Filter is treated onto the air conditioner surface and its filter, it helps to eliminate pathogens flowing into the air intake vent when the fan coil unit draws the air from the environment, these pathogens are inactivated when in contact with the treated surface or filter, therefore minimising the risk of secondary reinfection.

Application:

a) AM COAT 90 Days

- Clean the surface first then apply AM COAT 90 Days, do a wipe-down and leave 10 to 30min to dry (depending on the treated surface area)

- For sensitive electrical switches, mobile phones, laptops, keyboards, tablets or printer touch screens, etc., ensure the power switch is "OFF", spray AM COAT 90 Days onto a clean non-absorbent cloth and do a wipe-down on the surface evenly and wait for it to dry before turning on the gadget to use

- For larger surfaces, recommended using the electrostatic sprayer to apply to save time and effort

b) AM COAT Formulated for Airconditioner and Filter (30 days)

- Clean the surface and dust filter of the airconditioner then apply AM COAT for Airconditioner and Filter.

- Dismantle the dust filter from the air conditioner, ensure it is clean then apply AM COAT on both sides and leave it to dry. While waiting for the air filter, wipe the airconditioner surface clean, then apply AM COAT.

- Do a wipe-down on the airconditioner surface and leave 10 to 30min to dry (depending on the treated surface area). *DO NOT spray onto the fin coil or heat exchanger.

Maintenance:

i. Use a clean cloth wet with water to wipe on the coated high touch point or treated air conditioner surfaces to remove dirt and dust (avoid using bleach or detergent with pH >10.5)

ii. Wash the airconditioner dust filter twice a month or when it is dirty to ensure the efficacy of AM COAT is not affected.

iii. If the treated surface is scratched, reapply AM COAT again on the breached surface after cleaning the dirt and grime.
