Our HS-909 rotary cutter is a steel-based rotary cutter with strong ABS support structure for use to trim paper. It is designed to sit on a desktop or workbench and has sturdy ABS re-inforced metal-base for stable trimming operation. The overall cutting length of our cutter is 30cm. The cutter can cut up to A4 size (297mm) paper easily and conveniently with little effort.
