In the age of digital and computerisation world and its future paperless world, we are actually using a lot more paper in offices and homes than before. This can be accomplished by anyone using a simple binding machine, together with plastic combs or steel wire-O type.

A binding machine, also known as a bookbinding machine or binder, is a device used to create professional-looking bound documents by securely fastening and finishing the edges of multiple pages or sheets of paper. Binding machines are commonly used in offices, print shops, schools, and various businesses to create reports, manuals, presentations, books, and other printed materials. The EB-30 Electric Binding Machine is elegantly designed and constructed with durable metal and equipped with rubber studs at the 4 corners of the base for firm non-slip operations. It has a punching capacity of 30 sheets of 80gsm paper with a maximum binding capacity of up to 400 sheets using a plastic comb of 51mm diameter. Another feature is the 21-hole punch featuring 3mm x 8mm punch slot. It has a sliding storage waste-paper tray.

The machine is used to punch and bind A4 size or smaller size paper documents. The Adjustable Edge Guide together with the printed guides on the left-hand side of the metal surface top easily assist to position the paper alignment and accurate hole punching of either the A4 or A5 size paper each time and every time. In addition, there is a Margin Adjustment feature on the left-hand side of the machine to adjust the distance between the edge of the paper and the edge of the punched holes. There are 3 adjustments of 3mm, 6mm and finally 9mm.

Hole punching is effortless with the foot pedal switch to control initiation of the punching action, making it hands-free. The other option is to use the green button switch located on the right-hand side of the machine to initiate punch action with a press of the switch.
