Practical & Hygienic Waste Disposal with the EKO Della EK9366 Pedal Bin

Bring together hands-free convenience, quiet operation, durable stainless-steel construction, and versatile sizing with the EKO Della EK9366 Pedal Bin.

Available in 6L, 12L, 20L, 35L, and 50L capacities, the EKO Della is designed to accommodate different everyday waste-disposal requirements, from compact bathrooms and bedrooms to kitchens, offices, pantries, and commercial spaces. Its foot-operated pedal allows users to open the lid without manually touching it, providing convenient hands-free operation.

The Della also features a soft-close lid for smooth and quiet closing, a fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish that helps maintain a cleaner-looking exterior, and a removable inner bucket that makes rubbish removal, liner replacement, and routine cleaning more convenient.

With five different capacities and dimensions available, the EKO Della provides a practical range of options for both smaller personal spaces and larger environments requiring greater everyday waste capacity.

Key Features of the EKO Della EK9366

1. Hands-Free Foot Pedal Operation

The EKO Della EK9366 features a foot-operated pedal for convenient hands-free waste disposal.

Instead of manually lifting the lid, users can simply step on the pedal to open the bin.

This can be particularly useful when your hands are occupied with rubbish, food packaging, cleaning supplies, or other objects.

The mechanical pedal system provides straightforward lid operation without requiring users to manually touch the lid during normal use.

2. Soft-Close Lid for Quiet Operation

The EKO Della EK9366 features a soft-close lid designed to provide smooth and quiet closing.

When the foot pedal is released, the soft-close mechanism controls the lid as it returns to the closed position.

This helps prevent the lid from slamming shut and makes the Della particularly suitable for environments such as bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, and other indoor spaces where quieter operation may be preferred.

The combination of pedal opening and soft closing provides a convenient and refined everyday waste-disposal experience.

3. Stainless-Steel Construction

The EKO Della EK9366 is constructed with a stainless-steel exterior, providing a clean and contemporary appearance.

Its stainless-steel design makes the bin suitable for a variety of modern residential and professional interiors.

The metallic exterior can complement bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices, workplace pantries, and commercial environments while providing the durability required for regular everyday use.

4. Fingerprint-Resistant Finish

The EKO Della features a fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish designed to minimise the appearance of fingerprints and smudges on the exterior.

This helps the bin maintain a cleaner and more presentable appearance during regular everyday use.

For bins positioned in visible areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, offices, or commercial environments, the fingerprint-resistant surface helps reduce visible marking caused by routine contact.

5. Removable Inner Bucket

The EKO Della EK9366 incorporates a removable inner bucket, making everyday waste management more convenient.

The inner bucket can be removed when rubbish needs to be emptied, when a new garbage bag needs to be fitted, or when routine cleaning is required.

Separating the internal waste container from the external stainless-steel body also makes routine maintenance easier without requiring users to handle the entire bin during every rubbish-bag change.

6. Tight-Fitting Lid for Odour Control

The EKO Della features a tight-fitting lid designed to help contain unpleasant odours inside the bin.

Unlike an open waste basket, the covered design keeps waste enclosed when the bin is not being used.

This makes the Della particularly useful in environments where food packaging, household rubbish, bathroom waste, or other everyday waste may be disposed of.

7. Available in Five Capacities

The EKO Della EK9366 is available in five capacities: 6L, 12L, 20L, 35L, and 50L.

This wide capacity range allows users to select a size according to available floor space, intended location, and expected waste volume.

The 6L and 12L models provide compact options for smaller waste-disposal requirements.

The 20L model provides a practical mid-sized option.

The 35L and 50L models provide greater capacity for environments that generate more everyday waste.

All five sizes provide the core Della benefits of foot-pedal operation, soft closing, stainless-steel construction, and a removable inner bucket.

8. Multiple Sizes for Different Spaces

One of the key advantages of the EKO Della range is its selection of capacities and dimensions.

The available sizes are:

• 6L: L23.4 × W22.8 × H31.2 cm
• 12L: L26.6 × W27 × H42 cm
• 20L: L33.2 × W35.6 × H42.8 cm
• 35L: L33.6 × W35 × H63.8 cm
• 50L: L37.6 × W41.6 × H69.2 cm

These different sizes make the Della suitable for environments such as:

The appropriate model can be selected according to available space and the amount of everyday waste generated.

6L vs 12L vs 20L vs 35L vs 50L EKO Della: Which Size Should You Choose?

All versions of the EKO Della EK9366 provide the same core pedal-bin functionality but differ in capacity and overall dimensions.

EKO Della 6L

The 6L Della measures L23.4 × W22.8 × H31.2 cm.

As the smallest option in the range, it is particularly useful where compact dimensions are a priority.

Potential applications include:

• Bathrooms
• Toilets
• Vanity areas
• Bedrooms
• Personal workspaces
• Small offices

For users who generate relatively small amounts of everyday waste, the 6L model provides the core Della functionality without requiring the additional floor space of a larger bin.

EKO Della 12L

The 12L Della measures L26.6 × W27 × H42 cm.

It provides twice the nominal capacity of the 6L version while maintaining relatively compact dimensions.

Potential applications include:

• Bathrooms
• Bedrooms
• Home offices
• Study rooms
• Small kitchens
• Personal workspaces

The 12L model can be a practical option when additional capacity is required without moving to a larger household waste bin.

EKO Della 20L

The 20L Della measures L33.2 × W35.6 × H42.8 cm.

As the middle capacity in the range, it provides additional waste capacity while remaining suitable for a variety of indoor environments.

Potential applications include:

• Kitchens
• Apartments
• Home offices
• Office areas
• Pantry areas
• Workspaces

For users who require more capacity than the compact 6L or 12L models, the 20L Della provides a practical intermediate option.

EKO Della 35L

The 35L Della measures L33.6 × W35 × H63.8 cm.

Its larger capacity makes it suitable for environments that generate greater amounts of everyday waste while retaining the same core pedal-bin functionality.

Potential applications include:

• Kitchens
• Family homes
• Office pantries
• Workplaces
• Apartments
• Commercial environments

The 35L model provides a balance between the more compact 20L version and the largest 50L model.

EKO Della 50L

The 50L Della measures L37.6 × W41.6 × H69.2 cm.

As the largest model in the Della EK9366 range, it provides the greatest waste capacity.

Potential applications include:

• Kitchens
• Larger households
• Office pantries
• Workplaces
• Commercial environments
• Other higher-use indoor spaces

For users who generate more everyday waste or prefer to empty their bin less frequently, the 50L model provides the highest nominal capacity within the Della range.

How Does the EKO Della Pedal Bin Work?

The EKO Della EK9366 uses a mechanical foot-pedal opening system.

When the user steps on the pedal, the lid opens without needing to be manually lifted.

Waste can then be placed inside the bin.

After the pedal is released, the soft-close mechanism controls the lid as it closes, providing a smoother and quieter closing action.

Inside the bin, the removable inner bucket holds the waste and can be removed when rubbish needs to be emptied, a new liner needs to be installed, or routine cleaning is required.

The everyday operation is straightforward:

Step on pedal → lid opens → dispose of waste → release pedal → lid closes softly.

This provides convenient hands-free opening without relying on an electronic sensor or batteries.

Why Choose a Pedal Bin?

A pedal bin provides a simple way to dispose of everyday waste without manually lifting the lid.

For environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and workplace pantries, hands-free foot-pedal operation can make waste disposal more convenient.

The EKO Della EK9366 combines this functionality with a covered stainless-steel design and soft-close operation.

Instead of choosing a conventional open waste basket, users get a lidded stainless-steel bin with pedal opening, soft-close functionality, and a removable inner bucket.

With capacities ranging from 6L to 50L, users can select the model that better matches their intended environment and expected waste volume.
