Designed to cut No Hub soil pipe quickly and easily, the RIDGID 68650 Soil Pipe Cutter is a great tool for tough cutting jobs. This chain pipe cutter features lighter weight and closer spacing of the cutting wheels, together with simple ratcheting action for a smooth cut on lighter wall pipe. It has an integral ratchet handle centered on the pipe, which is particularly useful when cutting pipe in trenches, and helps keep the trench width to a minimum.
Constructed for safe and easy use, the soil pipe cutter features a unique hooking mechanism to make hooking the chain easier and a hand guard to protect your knuckles when cutting.
This pipe cutting tool has a 1-1/2-inch to 6-inch pipe capacity. With the addition of one chain extension assembly (sold separately), it can cut pipe up to 8-inch nominal diameter, and if cutting clay pipe ONLY, you can extend the chain to allow cutting of up to 15-inch clay pipe.
