PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

TOYO Silicone Grease is a non-toxic, non-melting & non-curing silicone grease designed for sealing, lubricating, and waterproofing rubber and plastic parts. The high dielectric strength properties of this product allows it to be used for insulates valves, electrical contacts, spark plugs, battery terminals, and fasteners from moisture, and protects metal parts against corrosion.

- It is resistant to oil, water and chemicals and with a temperature range of -40°C to 224°C.

- Safe on most rubber and plastic

- High dielectric strength, ideal for electrical insulating purpose.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

- O-rings, mechanical seal, spark plug, fasteners, plastic gear, battery terminal, electrical contacts, valves, gaskets.

DIRECTION FOR USE

1.Before application, clean the surface to be treated with Toyo Grease® Contact Cleaner spray for sensitive electrical contact. And with Toyo Grease® Brake & Parts cleaner spray for general plastic, rubber and metal surface.

2.Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.

3.Apply TOYO Silicone Grease to the parts that require protection.

4.Reassemble parts and wipe off excess material.
