WINKEL PRO 2W43 is a medium strength adhesive product developed for fixing and sealing all kinds of bolt connections.

When the product is applied between metal connections and in the absence of air, it cures by reacting. It reacts faster in ferrous materials. It has resistance to vibration, oil and temperature up to 150 ° C. It can be removed with standard hand tools when necessary.

Usage: The parts to be applied should be dry, clean and free of oil. Surface cleaning with WINKEL PRO Fast Cleaner is recommended. Apply the product on the tooth with a full turn (male and female parts) and combine the parts. After tightening the gears, do not move them during the drying period. Threaded connections belong to the system max. Wait for the complete drying time (24 hours) before operating under conditions. Complete drying takes maximum 24 hours depending on the type of metal. If the application temperature is below + 5 ° C, the drying time can be accelerated by using WINKEL PRO Anaerobic Activator.

This product is not suitable for sealing systems containing oxygen and strong oxidizing acids.
