UltraSoniX is a high performance glycerinfree ultrasonic couplant that is compatible with most materials, has excellent ferrous corrosion inhibition and does not contain formaldehyde or glycol either.

Features :

1) High viscosity couplant remains in place on vertical and overhead surfaces.

2) Procedures need to ensure glycerin is not used on aluminum materials, as it may cause
corrosion.

3) No glycerin as required for carbon fiber composites.

4) Water-soluble , easy to remove , environment and operator friendly.

5) No formaldehydes, nitrates, nitrites or glycol ethers.

6) Lower residue than most ultrasonic couplant.

1) The Operating Range is 10˚ to 220˚F (-12˚ to 104˚C) .

2) Viscosity is Medium/Standard: 60,000 cps (flowable gel) High: ≈165,000 cps (stiff gel).

3) Halogens & Sulfur is less than 50 ppm.

4) pH: 8 nominal at 20˚C.
