Spanjaard Mechanic Blue Grease (30 G / Tube)

Spanjaard Mechanic Blue is a blue coloured locator of high spots or contact areas on bearings and shaft gears, valve seats and other critical areas during manufacture.

Spanjaard Mechanic Blue leaves a blue colour film that allows detection as shiny metallic high spots or streaks when surfaces are moved relative to one another - e.g.

• Bearing and shaft high spots.
• Gear meshing and alignment.
• Correct valve seating.
• Critical contact areas.

Application Instructions

• Smear a thin layer of Spanjaard Mechanic Blue on bearing and shaft or other mating surfaces.
• High spots will be shown as bright streaks or points when mating surfaces are moved or turned relative to each other.
