System Overview
An air, hydraulic or electric pump automatically develops lubricant pressure through a single supply line to the injectors.
Each injector services one lubrication point and may be accurately adjusted to deliver the precise amount of grease or oil required for each bearing. Both oil and grease injectors are available in various output ranges, in stainless steel and in high-heat models.

• Pumps low- and high-viscosity greases including industry standard NLGI grade 2 grease
• Easily interfaces with telematics technology in today’s heavy equipment
• Operating temperature range from -40°F to +158°F (-40°C to +70°C) VDC or 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C) VAC*
• Neutral switch allows mobile equipment to remain idling with pump power on but the the timer is deactivated – allowing manual lubrication functionality.
